When you upload drills or annotations you grant Arcadia a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform. Do not upload content that violates third-party rights.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are billed through our payment processor. Refunds are handled per our billing policy (contact support for details).

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live play assist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security issues. You may close your account at any time via request to support.
