Retention

We keep personal contact data while your account is active or until you request deletion. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect data. Access is limited to staff and third-party providers who need it.

Third party processors

We use reputable partners for analytics, hosting and email. Each partner is required to protect data per their agreements and privacy policies.

How to delete your data

Send an email with the subject "Data deletion" and include the email address used with Live play assist. We will respond within 30 days.
